Pricing:

• All prices are clearly mentioned on the product or discussed at the time of order.

• Prices may change without prior notice due to material cost or market conditions.

• Any discounts or offers will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Orders & Payment:

• Readymade products can be ordered directly.

• Custom orders require 50% advance payment, and the balance is collected on delivery.

• Accepted payment methods include UPI, bank transfer, and cash.

Delivery:

• Delivery time is based on your location and order type.

• Standard delivery time is between 3–7 working days for readymade products.

• For stitched/custom orders, the timeline is shared at the time of booking.

• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly informed before final billing.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges:

• Please refer to our Return, Exchange, and Refund policies for more information.

• Custom stitched items are not returnable or refundable.

Intellectual Property:

• All logos, graphics, designs, and website content belong to FAMSHION.

• No content may be copied, shared, or reused without our written permission.

Legal & Disputes:

• Any dispute or legal matter will be handled under Indian law.

• Jurisdiction will be limited to Delhi, India.
