What Can Be Exchanged:
Readymade clothing can be exchanged.
You must raise an exchange request within 3 days of receiving the item.
The product should be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
Exchanges are accepted for the following reasons:
Wrong size
Wrong product delivered
Manufacturing defect or damage during delivery
What Cannot Be Exchanged:
Custom-stitched or specially made-to-order garments.
Products that are used, washed, damaged by the customer, or without original tags.
Requests raised after 3 days of receiving the product.
Exchange Process:
Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and issue details.
Share clear photos of the product and the issue.
Once approved, you may return the product to our address or request a reverse pickup (if available; charges may apply).
Exchange depends on product availability. If the same item is not available, we may offer store credit.
We reserve the right to reject exchange requests if the product does not meet our return conditions.
