Cancellation Policy:
Readymade Products:
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them.
After 2 hours, cancellation is not allowed as processing may begin.
Custom Orders (Stitching/Uniforms):
Once we start the stitching or fabric cutting process, no cancellation or refund will be allowed.
We advise you to check all order details carefully before confirming.
Refund Policy:
Refunds are offered only in genuine cases such as:
You received a damaged product
You received the wrong item
In such cases:
Inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
Share order details and photos of the product.
Once verified, we will initiate the refund.
Refund Method:
Refunds will be made via UPI or bank transfer.
It may take 5 to 7 business days to reflect in your account.
Please note, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or delayed delivery due to courier issues beyond our control.
